I was browsin' around the web and i happen to end up reading this article about a dsm at importtuner.com it says that a testpipe gave about 20+ hp http://importtuner.com/tech/0109it_ppeclipse/ is this true?

You can expect some gain with a test pipe, but 20 hp seems a bit overboard.

A downpipe, and high flow cat, or no cat is a good idea, if you wanna make HP,

I saw an article that was talking about something like a 25 hp gain with 3" turbo back and an intake. I think I could believe that but I don't think just bypassing the cat would do it.
