I'm interested to find out. Its there a way I can clear out the tail light lenses, or even a portion of it so its not red but rather clear.(this is for a 2g that I'm looking for.) Or get lenses from some place clear. I'm looking to get them clear cause I wanna do some custom work to them. Thanx

I'm assuming this is not your car then? You can get clear ones but I'm told that they are not legal in some states. Take a pipe and smash out your tail lights and voila! There's no way to clear them out. You have to replace them.

I was curious if there was a way to get clear ones so i can make then look like the Euro version. half red half orange. I'm not interested in the 500 a set that i found, thought I can try to custom make my own.

you can get clear ones for under $100 on ebay. There not the best quality in some cases, but you can find good ones. I got a set of carbon fiber ones and I havent had any probles with leaks or anything.
