This may be a dumb question about ecmlink

Alright I'm about to install a evo3 16g turbo, 255 walbro, injectors, and ecmlink v3 lite. The question that I have is since im going to run a afpr with gauge, and ecmtuning monitoring the engine, would i need to run a wideband o2 or would i be ok with a narrow. Not trying to sound cheap im just on a budget and I'm trying to make sure I buy only once instead of having to go with another one later. I'm shooting for a 325-350hp daily driver so I'm not looking for a drag queen. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Also If i do go with a wideband o2 how hard are they to install? Sill kinda new to the tuner world.

you should get the wideband i got a aem uego for 145 new and you can get them from 177 to 225.
also they allow you lo log in link.

wideband definitely. If you get a narrowband you might as well just get nothing at all.

A wideband can be the difference between blowing your motor or not.
They're pretty easy to install.

I use the Innovate LC-1 and it's great. You can have both a gauge read out and have it logged in Link as well. I'm not positive but you should be able to put the wideband o2 sensor in the front o2 housing and run "narrow band simulation" [assuming Lite has that function]. You'll have fast accurate readings, get rid of a sensor (one less thing to buy) and free up an output pin.
