I gotta here ur story, Ya dude Im still a lil ticked off, first I shattered my bumper today and then I get pulled over for something a diff. car did......it looks like I will be non turbo again.....

Also that meet was tight man. mayeb next time instead of meeting in a restaurant. We can have BBQ/PINIC @ THE BEACH then cruise from their. LATERS and also maybe next time ill have my 6 bolt and gst ready to go.

OK i cant sleep right now cause my 1 week old nephew is crying too much so i gotta wait till he gets changed and fed. So i will explain how Andy and I (most me) got pulled over.

We met up at Vons in Sylmar so i could drop of Mario cause he lives in Palmdale. Andy and I took some pictures, we were about to leave. Me acting like an idiot did some good-bye dounts in the empty parking lot. in the shadows of the strip mall was a cop looking for prey. We both got pulled over and the cop asked me stupid questions:

1. Where are you from?
2. Are you drunk?
3. Why are your eyes red?
4. Do you think your at a race track?

After these stupid question he made me follow his finger with my eyes. Then the FIRST thing he looked at was the front to either see if i had plates or a FMIC. The SECOND thing he looked at was the back to see exhaust or plates. He asked what the Greddy Type-S EBC was, and i told him it was a turbo timer. He didnt care about my radar detector. Then he tried to scare me by saying he could tow my car away 30 days and he said if he see me out on the streets tonight he would tow my car away. So NO tickets thank god

MORAL: KEEP YOUR CAR AS STOCK AS POSSIBLE AND YOU WONT GET TICKETS RIGHT TODD

yeah dsmspyuder i was right in front of todd when he got pulled ova.............goes to show (u need a 4g63 to keep up) lmap jp todd but yeah the meet was well worth the drive man i can wait till the next one.................also i wanna thank rob for holdin it down and ill see the rest if ya lata.................0o0o0o and mike i told u to stay the night at my crib got 3 bytches comin ova right now and ur missin out maybe next time buddy maybe next time................but ill see you guys around............back to the drawing boards..........

A good meet indeed guys. And now at least I have my focus on maintinence and clutch. btw, the clutch and gears and everything were shifting perfectly the second half of the evening... . Stupid cars....

btw, monty, the vtec spankage was nice to observe, but man that civic was pissing me off doing his flybys and such while we are all driving normally back home.

but yah it was good.. i learned quite a bit.. also ashwin and monty you guys need to update your gallery... :thumbdown no pictures... and yahh that dude in the SI thought he was bad so monty called him out and shut him down then the dude just flew buy from like 3 miles back and took off.. :laugh: well yahh iam on the look out for a car right now... i seen a 96 GSX for 4500$ but its auto iam thinking that if i got that it would be cheaper to convert it over than it would be to find a manual in that same of condition.... what do you guys think??

Thank you all for comming out Rob is working on the BIG one. I dont know if you guys knew but a product rep for mitsu was at the meet. Him and Rob are having lunch on monday to discuss the next one, (some time in March) I think but were looking at it being held at mitsu head quarters in cypress cali. catered and every thing. Ill let you guys know if any thing else comes up. But the mitsu guy was very impresed with the amount of cars that showed up and what they had done to them.

I'd like to thank everyone that came out for the meet, it was an AWESOME turnout. I counted 43, thats right, 43 DSM's and 4 evos...wow...more and more everytime we have a get together. Unfortunately my 80 photos taken at the meet are gone....yea, my cluts girlfriend dropped her camera and it erased everything on it. i stll have our footage though. If anyone else took pics, PLEASE post them for use in the vid because i have none now. also, whoever has footage PLEASE send it my way. i'll be on aim all night tonight, just directly link through aim and i'll use it....good times.

Ya the meet was pretty fun, it was kinda depsressing after my bumper shattered and then the night just got killed after I got pulled over for someone elses mistake, now I have to take out my turbo kit and everything else on my car, I got a "special" fix-a-ticket where an inspector goes through my entire car to tell me whats wrong with it.....
