Think I got scammed

Well I bought an intake from someone on here last Wednesday. I won't mention names since I think that is a nono.(but they will be on the vendor review board) But my question is will paypal give or get me my money back? Its was 20 bucks. I havent heard from this person since last Friday. I have sent him numerous emails and no responses . Thanks

yeah sounds like it! e-mail him one last time? wait a day or two. tell him your going to file a suit on paypal. if he doesnt reply, go on paypal and file a claim. tell them he hasnt e-mail you with any shipping info, or has gave you a tracking number! they'll try to contact him. i think he has like 10 days to respond if not then they will refund your money back!
