things i did to my dsm in southern california today.

I installed my 2150's yesterday and when setting fuel pressure found that my fuel feed line had a leak in it and was spraying ethanol all over the place including into my eye. in burns like a SOB. Nothing like a red dragon money shot.

That is one way the dsm gods got ## attention, by looking at u square in the eye. My DSM got a flat this morning, out of all things the valve stem decided to rip in half as I got on the freeway.

Yikes. Just routine maintenance today, oh yea, AND I got my 2.3 JAM built (Wiseco 9.0 HD/I-Beam) stroker today. WOOT WOOT! Time to start collecting dust on my $3k bottom end!

man with as much trouble as you were going through with that thing, i figured you would have jumped all over getting it installed

The engine not the car LOL

i hear dsm blocks make good tables, insert head bolts here and add a top GTG!!

The engine not the car LOL
Oh, I see. Yea, well, I finally got it back after 3.5 months of them having it and it's good to go and it appears like it was worth the wait. Once it's installed I hope it performs as well as it looks!

Omg you didn't really do it did you

Unboxed the motor and wished it wasn't such a PITA to install! To the back of the garage it goes until I get the CB head (the cherry on top) and my stock motor gets too tired to keep putting down the 440/390.

What big reason is this for?

The CF hood and hatch finally materialized, I have to clean everything up and give the car a nice rubdown with the wax before I post pictures of everything installed, though.

BTW Mike, sorry I didn't respond the other day about the paint info. I called the about the paint job, I won't be getting in on the deal like I had hoped, however, him and I have been playing phone tag and somehow his kids got body lice? so he's been tough to get a hold of. I wanted to tell him directly, rather than leaving a message, that I was wondering if he'd paint a friends car for a good price. Since I haven't spoke with him, just left messages, are there any questions you want me to ask him if he agrees that way I don't have to play phone tag again? PM the details.

Looks good Donald.

Here's a shot I took before I drove to Racelegal on Friday and embarrassed myself, I have to learn how to drive this car with NLTS. :toobad:

The car looks great man. You can hardly tell the Evo IX Enkeis from Enkei RPF1s. I wonder if the center caps from the Evo IX wheels would fit the RPF1s?

nice come up on the hood and hatch, again i wish it would have been under other circumstances.
kruss did you also get my dp. not double p, just regular dp.

ok so i cleaned almost 20 years of grime off my auto tranny, aint no shep job but came out alot better than the ball of grease it use to be.
thursday ill try to install the end clutches and the translab shift kit.
