These don't look right...

I just purchased these foglight covers from Mitsubishi and brought them home. In the package they looked right, but when I looked closer I noticed the "left" foglight cover doesn't have a hole in the corner, and it has a grill where the foglight would go. What the hell is this piece? This can't be right, but it just seems odd. Why would they sell me a foglight bezel that doesn't house a foglight?

this is just a guess but i bet it's right...

the other fog light insert is for the low end 97-99 eclipses (gs/rs) that didn't come equipted with fog lights but the bumper still needed an insert..

low end 95-96 talons came equipted with whole fake black plastic foglights....looked like the real thing only they were entirely made out of platic....
