Thermal exhaust

Since the Thermal exhaust is only cat-back, i was wondering what else was needed/ compatible to make it a turbo back system?

Depends on what size piping you are getting. If you just compare what is included with a T-back exhaust to a Cat-back, you would see that its a down pipe. Some turbo-back exhausts come with an o2 like the VRS, also some come with an option of getting a test pipe, or just a cat-delete (elongated DP), if you are getting 3" piping a 3" Hi-Flow cat would be recommended, if going with 2.5" then the stock cat will be fine, but it will be a big restriction in your exhaust flow.
