the three bolts in the middle of the head

ok this is probably a dumb question since they probably didnt need to be removed for taking the head off, but i took out the three hex bolts that go in between each spark plug place and now that i am rebuilt up to putting the valve cover back on i need to know what to torque these bolts up to if anyone knows please help

as tight as you can get them, they are core plugs, so the casting factory can get the sand cast out of the water jacket,

Make sure you put some sealent on them.
