. can we have one in the hangout?L2RTSiAWD said:Create a new thread for each meet being planned, there will be no more long running threads.
L2RTSiAWD said:No, you can have one on AIM or your local DSM club board. If you don't have one then have someone start a Yahoo group.

we have been off topic since day one....its right in the title...........JiveTalkinRobot said:if you are to post a new thread everytime that there is a meet, you will pretty much have to search over and over again to find the right one. i dont understand why it is so necessary to not have a thread that is common for everyone to go to in order to see what is new, its so so much easier for everyone. i thought thats why you had a subscribe to thread option, for threads that are long and that you visit often.

Actually, if people follow the posted instructions and post the area, date, and location in the title of the thread, each event will be easy to find... example: "Bay Area meet, July 10th, Golden Gate Fields" or "Reno Meet planning for July". Once the thread becomes outdated, you start a new one. It would be very easy.JiveTalkinRobot said:if you are to post a new thread everytime that there is a meet, you will pretty much have to search over and over again to find the right one. i dont understand why it is so necessary to not have a thread that is common for everyone to go to in order to see what is new, its so so much easier for everyone. i thought thats why you had a subscribe to thread option, for threads that are long and that you visit often.

oh and if anyone would like to teach me how to change my own damn timing belt so i dont #### it up by helping me install it, would be bitchin
and you wonder why the last threads got closed. So far this thread has classifieds and more than one meet discussed.
