I have a set of nice 720's from back when they were the biggest you could order and came painted black so you wouldn't know what they were i'm guessing. But anyway, After ultrasonicly cleaning them they are all flowing really well and pretty damn evenly, but the problem is the plastic around the tip where they stick into the head..

The plastic is cracksd and has fallen off of one, and sionce they are still good i want to get another plastic cap, I know that if i can find out the brand i can get the part ina rebuild kit, but can anyone remember what rband they were? They seem close to some domestic turbo car injectors i've found as far as size and shape of said plastic part, but i can't just guess at this one and keep ordering parts LOL

any help ... anyone..??? hopefully some one from bushur chimes in :D

I had the old school ones and they were 720s made by Denso.. Buschur wasn't the only one, nor the first with them. You might want to check Denso and see what they can do for ya.

TSimage, thank you.. I will check denso... I was almost double thinking myself because i started to think i bought them from Tim at extreme untill i pulled the receipt (LOL that's how long i keep receipts on my DSM)

Back in the day I sent my Denso 720's to FIC.
They performed their cleaning service to them.
When I got them back, they came with a flow sheet and were pretty well matched.
They had new inlet screens and new pintle caps installed as well.
Call them up I'm sure they'll sell you some new pintle caps and new inlet screens if you need them.
