Are you going to use it as a dd or track only that is a fast dd. Probably not a fun car too drive on the street. But what you said offer 8,000 and go from there is a good start.

Be careful of what you're getting yourself into. You cannot go from a stock DSM to a low 10 sec DSM. Let me tell you for a fact it takes time to get use to it and know how to drive it or you'll be wrapping that car around a pole. And who knows what the engine has already gone through.

Nope, not one person. You have to part it out, better get your tool set out ...was this a serious question?

1997 Talon TSI AWD Auto with IPT shift kit
120,000 on the body
20,000 on a remanufactured 6 bolt (Kar King motor , with paper work)
All the goodies that come with a 6 bolt (balance shaft eliminator, 1g oil filter setup, etc)
IPT kigley 6 bolt conversion plate
Interior and exterior in near perfect condition
Full 3 inch catless exhast, k&n intake and hard intake pipe, Super afc 2, greddy turbo timer, boost gauge, manual boost controller, and a/f gauge, basic tune 12psi on t-25
Timing belt, water pump, battery (orbital), 4 continental extreme contact tires, and alternator just replaced under 1,000 miles
no emissions on the car and egr block off o2 sensor throws codes thats about it.
$4200.00 wadda think?

You wont get 6-7k for it ... Im guessing right around 5k if the market is good... Its hard to sell a modified car because kids dont have alot of money...

I just had the windows down.. I was thinking about getting it redone though because it is turning purpleish inside

I would say 6500 if you fix the problems. If you have some dyno numbers or 1/4" times that are good that might help you sell it.

Exactly, im with Gamble97 on this one.... Car is clean and well worth $6500 in my opinion if all checks out... On another note, why are you curious to see what you can get for the car, are you trying to sell it..?

I really don't know.. I'm on the fence on selling it or keeping it

I got the car in a trade. I had It for no longer than a week and the tranny went out. The car sat around for a long time because I had something else to drive. I got a rebuilt tranny off here about a month ago.

his car has low miles so he can get a little more for it

If you paid to get it done, take it back.
most tints come with lifetime warranty

Ya in michigan i have never seen a eclipse sell for more than 5k... I bought mine with 94k for 4400 mint brand new paint... Then i started modding it.. But like i said there is different markets.. Alot of guys from florida believe it or not pay to get the eclipses from michigan because they are so cheap..

Hmmm.. I didn't know that. I was just thinking it was old.
From the outside it's black but on the inside it has a purple tint to it.

The tint is probably cheap and was cleaned with an ammonia glass cleaner like windex. Bad for window tint.

If the car is as clean as it looks and you fix the problems I'm sure you could get $6k.
