aint it funny how the "muscle car" guys all love to show off the loud flowmasters and their burnout ability, but when the boost on my Evo III Big 16g hits and the dsm walks past they dont sound too loud from in front ;)
 
it looks like a nice ride under the hood, but like everyone is telling you when a car is that heavily modded either you need to know alot about tuner cars to decide what kind of shape its in or know someone who can check it out for you...it was def. raced quite a bit as anyone who had a car with that much power would, especially in a dsm when many mustangs camaros and hondas try to race you constantly.....get it checked out

yup always hear that BROOOM until you pass them then its nice and quiet. but a porsche 911. whoa you can hear that thing coming up behind you and flying right by you anytime
 
Do a compression check and make sure it is mechanically sound, a would by a stock unknown engine rather than a modified unknown engine. If you do buy it please do all maintenance
 
Man, I sure remember my LTI from back a few years ago. BTW, when I got my talon it looked way better then that, and I only aid 1,300 total for it....then I turned around, and put a thousand in it but still.
 
I would keep the Camaro, I have always liked that body style. I had a 99 LS1 for a while and miss it everyday. I like DSMs and I have yet to drive/ride in a built one, that Camarao plain and simply hauled @$$.
 
Ah and all the fbody guys come out the closet ROFL

There's something about the sheer amount of low end torque the lt-1 pushes that makes it fun to drive. Even though stock for stock I'd say the awd is faster.

Anyways my old lt-1 (traded for my awd LOL). God those motors are a PITA to work on, especially after a dreared WP failure that caused the opti to be replaced :(

Oh yeah, I love my car, but Im not a muscle car guy or a tuner guy, im both, my absolute dream car is a mkIV supra! But I do like my camaro, I just want a boosted car, after riding in my buddies sr20 240sx and my bros supercharged 456 rwhp cobra, I cant go back, forced induction is an indescribable sensation! haha!
 
From what you guys know and what I KNOW, this is a preatty good deal. There is a 1995-1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS 120,xxx miles on the engine (body MORE). They are asking $1,700 OBO........ It's metallic blue, smaller aftermarket wheels, HAD a spolier (has 4filled in holes), interior needs new paint (it's been painted white........?), no radio, front back bumper is a little scratched up. Was thinking of converting the front end to 1998 or 1999 bumper lights, stuff.

But from what it looks like, it is a good starting place. I'm 14 and I wil need to work on it over the next 2 years........ What do you think? (No pictures right now).
 
So is spray on a Camaro! Trust me on that one, I'd keep the Camaro but I'm a bit biased...
 
No, this is not a good deal. It's a 2GA RS with problems. I don't even have to see pictures, I would not offer more than $800 for it.
 
1700 can get a non running gst... that's a bad deal for sure.
 
Did I mention my dad owns a bodyshop? That would cover the body work....... IDK. IDK where else to look....... All around my are is RS's and a shell Gs-T...........
 
Don't give up on them. You WILL find one.

I can't afford the CHEAPEST one myself. My paretns would be buying the car and I buy the parts and then when I have the money I have to pay them back.......
