+1 and possible 6 bolt swap or just a 1g upper. looks like it was well maintained. I doubt he did any of that work in it, he probably bought it like that a while back with the hopes of it being twin turbo

maybe that bumper might be custom. i've never seen one like that for an avenger before, and i've seen them all (before this one apparently)
