In Georgia, state law provides that the seller of a vehicle must provide current and passing emissions to a buyer.
Yeah, okay. You can guess how often that actually happens.
Of course, it was advertised as "emissions in hand".
Nope. Car hadn't been tested in a year. And with the check engine light yesterday, trans problems, etc...I wasn't too optimistic.
But take a look at these numbers! Definitely happy with this. And it tells me the engine is in better shape than I was expecting.
