Yesterday I had a guy come to my shop looking to find one of our old installers....
I asked why and he said well my boy has a truck he worked on and needs to get rid of it asap....

So the next night * tonight* Im loading up a 04 Chevy silverado ext cab that has 18k miles that has some issues for one the custom work is NOT done and 2 the body work is NOT done and the windows were left down for 3 years........BUT TRUST ME ANYONE WOULD BUY IT FOR WHAT I GOT IT FOR!

But for what its worth its a GEM! so here it is....

i guess as it looks! Its really not bad as it looks though....

Rust just takes away from it all and i still halfto clean the bed out and just clear out all the JUNK in there...

It is actually a very nice rear back half and its got HUGE travel from stock ride to layed out on rockers...

it has a clear title and its should be on is way...

Worse case it never shows i file for a mech lean....

Just holding out till i have the title in my hand......thats it...

At the time I still had NOT actually paid anything......

A few local people visit this forum and the truck is been on craigslist so i want to keep it between me and the owner till its IN my name....

I dont 100% trust anyone........NOT to try and buy it from under me...

Today i paid half though.... and the title is on its way...

The rear end by itself is more than what i payed.....

the deal is final now and i ended up giving $1k and a stereo system......

I had a GM certified tech look over the car and he said its in really good shape mech ( like a NEW truck) and we have solved the extended fuel line issues, we are gonna need to cut the steel line and splice it, but that allows us to add as much as we need and keep the stock style connections.....

The truck looks tons better with the interior clean and the crap removed from the bed.......

Threw some spray paint on the bare metal till it gets to the body shop..

Thats a steal man, just get it painted and put at least something in the back so you can actually use it as a truck. But looks good.
