he is the man! i told him about the problems that i have seen on this site and he said he is going to look in to it and get on here and check what needs to be done. if you have had a problem get with him and he will help you out he is a nice guy

Yep i never had a problem but they checked my clutch plate once, great customer service on my second act and love it.

Never had a problem personally, but good to know that their customer service is great and they're trying to really help people out.

I have called ACT tech before, they are very helpful!
