you cant do it from your computer (to my knowledge) get a free web hosting service such as www.photobucket.com, upload your pics up on that and then you can upload the pics into your message.

What kind of car is this. Well I'd say with the hood bulge it's definately a male! If its an auto then that turbo is an 13B if it's a manual then the turbo is a 14B. Hard to tell with that dark of pics but that's my guess! :talon:

haha, one of the pictures shows the interior=== could that be a shift knob? I wonder what that does....?mmmmhhhhhh so its a 14B turbo....

Aside from the enigine bay just being dirty there are a couple of things to point out.

First, that nipple coming off of the turbo elbow in picture 3 is venting. It needs to be capped or connected properly.

The spark plug wires should also be properly routed. They should not all be lumped up. It can cause problems with ignition. This is what the wires should run like. Also, if you can get the heat shields for the exhaust manifold and downpipe you should.

The filter on the head and the hacked intake box say that the car has been modded a bit. It also looks like it has a second gen exhaust manifold.

Which means we can't tell you what that turbo is. Several Mitsubishi turbos use the TD05 compressor housing and it could be any of those. We'd need to see pics of the compressor blades (take of the intake hose and look inside of it) or we also need the numbers off of the turbine housing which won't be easy to see on the car.

Do you own this car or are you looking at buying it? What did the previous owner have to say about what was done to it?

Oh, it also looks like they did a low quality job on the airfilter box hack. Chances are if they did that poorly the rest of the work/maintenance wasn't handled much better.
