Teins illegal on public roads?

If you can't point directly to a specific law stating something is illegal then you are just making stuff up. Period. I heard this, I read that, who gives a flying ####. My dog told me he heard a cat say it's illegal to remove your airbag so it must be true!

I'm also in PA, have teins, and have had no problems with laws, inspections, etc...
