TD-05 is just the name of the housing of the turbo....err the name of the wheel..damnit now I can't remember.

TD04, TD05, etc. is the size/trim of turbine wheel and shaft, and the compressor housing on MHI turbos. 5cm^2, 6cm^2, 7cm^2, etc. is the size of the turbine housing. 13g, 14b, 16g, 20g etc is the size/trim of the compressor wheel.

So if it's the size/trim of compressor housing also, are you able to tell what size/trim of the compressor wheel your turbo is?

Unfortunately, no. Reason being, a 13G, 14B, and a small/big/evoIII 16G wheel, and even a 20G will fit in a TD05H compressor housing (although I've heard the bigger wheels require machine work.) So if you have a TD05H, you could have any of those compressor wheels. A 13G in a TD05H housing is pretty rare and would be somewhat rediculous, though.

Only way to find out for sure is to look at the compressor blades. If you want to make absolutely sure, you can take the turbo apart and measure the compressor wheel. There is a chart on the VFAQ that lists the different wheel dimensions.
