    Hello!
I have 90 TB and I wonder if these ports can be blocked with hoses in this way Screenshot_20200720-085445_Chrome.jpg (its not my TB) is there any difference between hoses or caps ?

Yes you can block them just as shown in the pic. Hose is cheap and easy, caps are more expensive but cleaner. We're talking differences of less than a dollar though.

FWIW I had my TB ports blocked with hose just as the picture you posted.

I think that’s the way everyone does it when it needs to be done quickly and easily.

It took me years to go find vacuum caps. Turns out autozone had them this whole time!!

Be careful if it's truly a 1990 turbo throttle body. Looping them can cause a throttle plate bypass and, thus, idle problems because one of them is after the throttle plate.

    See: confirm 90 TB ports

Yes, its truly 90 TB, so in this case will be block 4 nipples with vacuum caps, not hose?

I've seen plenty looped just like that. But since it's a 90 follow Brian's advice and get the nipples, or caps as he called them.
