Taylor 8mm or Magnecore 8.5mm wire? Difference?

Will it make a noticable (5+ hp) by using the magnecore 8.5mm wires over the taylor 8mm wires? The price difference is about $25 and i would definetly rather use that somewhere else if i can. Thanks

i don't see how .5mm could make 5HP dude. if you wanna save it go for it. everyone loves magnacore's but i'm sure the taylor are just fine. no way .5mm makes 5 HP..

Generally i havent seen a difference in plug wires. I mean, theres your cheap, stock 7mm wires, and theres your nicer 8.5mm NGK wires. At Higher HP levels there will be a difference. If we're comparing 2 decent sets of wires to eachother which are basically the same size, then no...you will not see a difference. There is currently debate on whether there is a noticable difference on 7mm to 8.5mm wires.

I have Magnecore wires the 8.5 i believe.
Are their anything wrong with them? ive been told to switch to NGK and i probably will since im not running alot of horsepower or anything so NGKs will be fine

Sorry to revive this thread... just not really sure if i should upgrade my wires
