The car drives fine 99% of the time but when I'm in stop and go traffic...when I tap on the gas a little to move a little forward the RPM's seem to drop below 700RPM and it feels like the engine wants to shut off. IT ONLY happens when I tap the gas for a second...if I accelerate normally it drives fine. Does anybody know why this is happening?

sounds a lot like a vacuum leak or one of your sensors is junk have you done anything to the car lately?

Yes sir, did a whole engine swap. I mean, it's not that bad...like I said 99% of the time it drives just fine but it's kind of annoying when I'm sitting in bad traffic. I kind of suspected a vacuum leak, the sensors are all good as I troubleshot all the sensors as I was doing the install for various reasons. Do you have a 420a? There's two vacuum lines coming off the intake manifold and I think I know which one is leaking but I dont know what that line is for. I know one is for the EGR but what is the other one for? I dont have cruise control so that's not it. Brake booster?

i just did a motor swap as well there are a few essential lines the break booster, the egr valve, then the two evap lines, and one that goes to the firewall on the passenger side check all those the 420a is pretty simple but sensitive motor let me know if this works.
