I noticed that my pride and joy had been running very rich, I just replaced a blow 14b with a ported 16g turbo and replaced my valve seals, when I my rpms go past 3000rpms my car feels like its running very hard like its at 6000 instead of 3000, also when I first start it up it will die then when I start it up again it bucks and hesitates at anything below 3000 rpms, this only happens after its been sitting over night and goes away after about 1 minute, please help to pin point my problem.
