Running rich

I have a 1995 gst walboro 255 550cc injectors small 16g front mount mas translator full 3 inch with cat delete and I went one step cooler plugs from stock and it's running really rich was wondering if I need to go back to stock plugs it's on 18 pounds

The plugs should not matter. What did you gap them to? Also what are you using to tune?

There gap at 30 unfortunately I have yet to buy a tuner I bought the car recently when it had the stock NGK plugs it wasn't running rich

I would go back to stock plugs and find a way to tune or check your fuel ratio.

That's what I was thinking because it fouled one of them didn't know if I need to turn the boost up a little but I guess I'll go back to stock plugs

Your gap is too high. Knock it down to .23. You need a way to tune or you are going to run rich.

Can I run a safc with the maf translator

You could, but you would be much better off just getting ECMlink. If you don't have a wideband already your going to want that too.

Wise choice. And again the plugs should not matter. But it couldn't hurt

You can't run 550s without something to tune. That's your problem. Pull those injectors until you install something.
