2G talon wont build more then 15lbs of boost

I have done boost leak tests, rebuilt turbo,new fitting on the intercooler pipes, new boost controller. I dont know what is causing my car not to build more then 15lbs of boost it spools up just fine. I can hear the wastegate open and i have a 14lb spring in my 38mm wastegate. Timeing is perfect so is fuel trim. I do have an intake manifold leak but would that cause it not to build boost and help would be great.

Yes, an intake manifold leak can cause you to not be able to hit your targeted boost. Try fixing that first.

I had a clog in my fuel return line and i couldn't build much boost either, also, the car was hesitating.

I will try the intake manifold gasket first. Also i am still not able to post in the other forums yet. If that dont fix it could my wastegate need rebuilding.

Ok sounds good. Its not a boost leak and i can hear the wastgate close at 14lbs thats the rated spring thats in it, what do you mean by exhaust leak it have brand new metal gaskets on the manifold and the turbo side. I am really lost on this. I my self think its the wastegate but i can turn my BC up and will still only hit about 15psi

I know i have a big leak at the intake manifold but when do a BLT it holds everything

check for back pressure, for example an imploded flex section in your downpipe could restrict in the inside to the size of a quarter while looking the same outside... Exhaust has to get out.

Ok will check tonight. Also took out for drive last night and noticed i can barley hear my wastegate....i do have a dump tube on it so i know its somthing.
