Talon Just won't start

Hello,
My daughter has a 95 Eagle Talon. Auto trans, No Turbo. It ran fine yesterday when she parked it. When she tried to start it this morning..nothing. I hear relays click and the fuel pump start at the turn of the key. No starter at all. The battery is charged and terminals are clean. The starter turns fine when jumped at the solenoid.
I've tried jumping the solenoid with the key on and it won't start. All fuses and fusable links look good. The car is in park. There is a relay on the firewall that chatters with the key turned on. I replaced it and the new one does the same.
Any Ideas?

Check the ground wire that runs straight from the negative battery terminal to the firewall. It might be off of the firewall or gonged up with corrosion or something. Other than that, I would triple check the terminals and battery for quality/connectivity.

I've got good grounds all around. I there a relay or something the controls power to both the starter and ingnition circuts?

Ok I've now checked the Ign. switch, Starter relay, Starter solenoid, Starter and Battery.
I'm wondering if its not the park/neutral switch. I know how to test it but I can't find it. Does anyone know where the Park/neutral switch is on a 95 Talon?

So when you jump it it cranks but will not start? Check for spark and fuel while jumping it, eliminate those two so you can focus on the battery/wiring/alternator/starter area.
