Talon Body Accents (bumps that aren't on Elipse)

I have no clue what else to call them so forgive me.... The extra body accent pieces on the doors and rear bumper on the 2G Talon, are they super-strength sticky taped on there, or are they more permanently bonded with snaps or something that go through holes in the door?

Also, the purple 16V DOHC Turbo badge just behind the driver's side door - I assume that's definitely just sticky'd on there.

I'm possibly going to be repainting mine (dedicated rr track car), and am consiiiiiidering removing the edgy bump things because they somewhat conflict with the scheme on the doors.

Badges are just stuck on. Door molding is too I believe, or at least mine are, but mine has had body work done, so I'm not 100% sure if they were held on some other way before that.

The door moldings are just stuck on and the ones on the bumper are actually part of the rear bumper.

The bump things that are on the doors and rear quarters are just glued on, and they have the plastic retaining clips that just pop in/out. Stick a putty knife or something else thin down in there and pry gently.

Those things are rare. Leave them on. It's one of the things that sets the 97-98 Talons apart. If anything, find some 95-96 Talon side skirts to put on your car.
