tail light wont turn off

ok here is another problem. searched but nothing related to it. well just today my battery kept on dying and couldn't figure out why, it wasn't till later on when it started to get dark i saw the tail light were on so i went to go check if i switched it on but it wasn't.wat could be causing this i'm stumped

Just look under our dash you'll see a little black box with nipple on it, you can't miss it. If you need help let me know.
