Door ajar light wont turn OFF

i searched this topic and all i can find are issues with the light not comming on. my door ajar light will not turn off. i went to both door pins and pushed them in all the way to see if they wernt getting pushed all the way down but no luck. weird thing is that when i open one of the doors the dome lights come on and when i close them the dome lights (and floor lights) turn off exept for the door ajar light. which leads me to believe it could be the hatch. any input?

Then that would be your hatch. Does the light in the hatch stay on?

the hatch doesnt have the light hooked up but this morining it fixed its self. closed the door light turns off now. weird..

Did you happen to pop the hood this morning? I had the same problem for a while, and it turned out to be my hood pin.
