2G tachometer going crazy

I changed my power transistor out because I was having a random 2 cylinder missfire, and I had changed out every other item that could cause it. But after I changed my transistor my tachometer is bouncing up and down when I press the throttle and when I'm at idle it will tick up every once in a while.

Does anybody know how to fix this, or where I can buy a transistor specific for my car?
