Tach? Ignition?? stereo?? HELP!!!

Hey Guys so here is the deal. Been running the same cop setup for a good two years. Here not too long ago my car wasnt running well so i did a compression test and realized that one of my spark plugs had not been firing and i went through and figued out i had a blown coil. so i changed that out and it was running awesome for a bit. then i installed a new stereo. I was driving down the road and my whole dash went dark and i came to find out that my remote wire to my amplifier shorted out against the frame. at this time i burnt the same coil as before. so fixed that and replaced a few fuses and I was back up and running. Now my tach isnt working correctly and it is not running well. It is showing a few thousand rpms lower then actual i imagine. I have my tach limiter set at 6k and when i start hittting redline my tach shows 3,5-4k. So my latest try was replacing my power transistor for my ignition because i was told thats what runs your tach and it can cause weird electrical issues when it goes out. but after replacing that and the blown coil it is still not running well. any ideas guys? thanks so much 99 mistu eclipse gsx btw

COP, i had to just take a few hours and redo it all. im about to just go back to stock ignition
