I am about to do a head gasket on my talon .Since I will have easy access to manifold and vacuum lines i decided to do the vacuum line removal. I am curious though if my car will pass state inspection with these gone. I no longer have to worry about emissions since I'm a 95, but the visual inspection has me concerned.

I have extra hose that I plugged up with bolts and just tucked them behind wiring and stuff to make it look like they were hooked up. That way it looks good to the inspector, when I get home I pull those off and put the caps back on where lines have been deleted.

as long and you tailpipe emissions don't change you will pass,

for OBD 1 vehicles they just do the 'sniffer' test and not the electronic test.
