t25 to hx40 question

Hey guys, aside from fuel modifications, what other parts would i need to make the conversion to an hx40 cummins turbo? I have a 95 gst with stock t25. Here is a picture of the turbo and everything included. Thanks for the help.

A stroker motor, built trannie, compltetly redone fuel system, DSMlink or AEM EMS, cams, exhaust...

Just about everything else out there. Thast a helluva jump from T25 to HX 40.
 
I think he is being a lil sarcastic. Anyways the hardest part would be finding a manifold that bolts up to the turbo.
 
That turbine housing must go. It simply wont work very well on a DSM. Not to mention the custom manifold you wiould need. Get one of the housings from Bullseye. You will also need injectors & fuel pump, a full exhaust system, an FMIC, some type of fuel control, and cams to take any kind of advantage from it.
