ok, so let's say my car has been recently rebuilt (motor and tranny) less than 100 miles ago and the turbo blew a bearing (all stock, minus hard air intake piping) and I have bought a new T-25 to slap on there until I upgrade this October...
all maintenance has been done

what gaskets should I look for to do this?
I heard that the fel-pro gaskets are made of a composite material that is prone to exhaust leaks... is this true?

I have reviewed enough online to feel confident I can do this job without much hassle, all I want to know is what gaskets/water seals I should look to buy?
what brand, price range, websites maybe?

just help a fellow newbie DSM'er out, will ya?
LOL

thanks for any and all feedback, much appreciated!

Extremes.com has every gasket you need and there all OEM ones. Get new crush washes too.

thank you very much!
I will have a look at that, I am very thankful for your quick response
much appreciated, bro.
thanks again, later

ok, sorry
just have to ask...:
are you sure you didn't mean extremepsi.com ?

because I went to extremes.com and didn't see anything to do with DSM's on there... LOL

if I'm looking in the wrong spot, I'm sure I'll stumble across it eventually, just felt curious to ask...
thanks again, though man.

Felpro gaskets are fine to use. Which gasket are you asking about that "is prone for exhaust leaks"? If the exhaust manifold to head gasket, get the 4 ply MLS gasket. There is also a MLS gasket for the turbo to manifold which should be used as well. The o2 housing gasket can be the cheapo $3 SS "gasket", just trim the gasket where it over hangs in the exhaust path.

Also the website is Welcome To Extreme PSI

ok, I feel like an idiot now.
the guy I bought my new turbo from (he owns a DSM shop) just told me not to waste my money because he shipped all needed gaskets and crush washers with the turbo that I got from him, should be receiving the package within the next few days.

thanks for everyone's time and help, though!
again, always greatly appreciated!

it's quite alright man, I got it
=)

found out the guy selling me the turbo (for the great price of $160 for 29k original mile T-25!) is also including all parts needed for the turbo to be bolted right in!
=)

thanks for everyone's time and efforts to help me, though!
