2G T25 rebuild

It would be cost-effective to rebuild a T25 with no wheel damage; any other circumstance pretty much requires starting over with a clean slate.

The FP T28, for example, uses absolutely zero parts from a T25 except the turbine housing and compressor cover. Literally everything else gets scrapped. When you consider what the price of the T28 CHRA would cost, plus the cost of machining both housings to fit the larger wheels, plus the stronger wastegate actuator, it makes the FP T28 seem like a bargain.

If you're dead-set on upgrading your existing turbo, G-Pop's pricing starts at $695 (scroll to the bottom) but doesn't include the stronger actuator.
