I wouldn't waste my gas on your (t-to- small-I don't have any top end-I need 20psi to hit feul cut because my turbo is to small-and my turbo is gonna bite the dust soon because it's begging me to turn down the boost).

well since my 16g powered car wouldn't even be able to keep up with a 99cobra from a 40mph roll with me in SECOND gear

I actually beat my friend he has a 98 cobra with long tube headers no cats, msd ignition, cold air intake, and gears. I beat him by about a car and a fender. But he can't hang with me at top end at all. When we went to the track he was running 13.8's and he makes 287whp and like 310tq. I was running 14.2's but on the street it's a completly different story.

exactly what Im saying...I can hang with or beat cars on the street that normally would beat me at the track. I can tell cause most of the people I know and work with along woth go to school with have mustangs so I know thiers cars. I work on stock and modded stangs ALL THE TIME and plus Ive driven and heard mant stang as well as owned one and can somewhat tell iof its modded or not. Im not going to garauntee that he had i/h/e but he was modded and had at leat exhaust and had a hood to boot. He was a vert so believe what you want to.

Yeah, pretty crazy isn't it? I usually run about 18-19psi on it. I am just triyng to get the best I can out of it till I get the rest of the stuff I need to put my big16g in that is sitting at my house(still need injectors porting, and 2g install kit). I have 105,000 miles on my car which I have put about 45,000 on it my self and I have ran it hard and the t25 is still running strong.

So they only lose 4HP from the crank to the wheels ?


They are rated at 320 crank horsepower bone stock.

Fastdsm I bet if you lowered your boost you could run 13s. I read your other post congrats on the time. Im going this friday to see how I run before I slap my ported and clipped b16g and 190 pump on.

I guess u have no faith in dsm's. I forgot to say that he was so mad that I beat him that he went and got a vortech supercharger (which I helped him install). After a chip, injectors, fuel pump, and a new bigger mas meter he put down 460whp bent a rod and broke a piston. Now he should be getting his car back soon with a new fully built motor. I don't care if you really believe me or not who ever actually comes down to fairfax for the meet this saturday will see my car and my timeslips and hopefully some non believer will actually race me to see how my car runs.

The T25 is a slug. But trust when people say they have a support system to run good numbers and times. The 14b was talked down till people just kept proving and proving.


The T25 is still a turbo, just not the best outthere.

I wonder what the hell is wrong with my car then, I can't even beat my friends 1g GSX and your beating cobras? I think I'm going to do a leak test sometime and replace my fuel filter if that makes a difference. I'm getting my mbc and fuel pump soon, downpipe going on today after school (at school right now) I still have Humanities class which goes by pretty quick but my Art class after that is 3 hours....bah I'll get out early.

Damn 13.3's with modfications ? that cobra is preety slow. No wonder LS1's walk them left and right.

well ls1's run mid 13's stock. they also have a 5.7 and cobras are 4.6's. and the ls1 is a pushrod motor which make hella more torque the an ohv. ls1's dyno at around 320 to the WHEELS. 98 cobras only make 302hp at the flywheel.

LS1's have quite a bit more top end than a cobra.


I didn't read that 2.6 60ft , if he can get that down to 2.2 or so , I think he will touch 12s.


Actually some freak LS1's touch high 12s stock , they should be good for low 13s bone stock, not mid 13s.
