from 2nd gear on, when i step on the pedal, when the boost starts to kick in....my car jerks forward and back 3 or 4 times, until the boost rises all the way then i shift gears.....and it does it in the next gear......but onyl when i shift and not lay on the gas....when im cruising and then press the gas down...wtf is this?

My car with a T25 did something like this also. If you are saying that at low rpm, when the turbo spools (high boost / low rpm, aka. grams/rev are highest) you get what feels like fuel cut... you can probably assume as I did in that it's fuel cut. Are you running more than 16psi of boost? I could be wrong in diagnosing this, but nobody told me what it was and I experienced the same thing when I ran more than 20psi on the T25. I question why you keep the throttle open when the car is jerking 3 or 4 times, however. My recommendations: check for boost leaks, replace/gap spark plugs properly, and don't run an open wastegate on the T25

well, i did the free BCS mod that allows to boost a few more pounds over the stock 12-13 PSI...so i dotn know exactly what im boosting. I accelerate cuz i got a led foot LOL! but will new plugs fix the problem?

Sorry, Just checked your profile. You have the TurboXS RFL blow off valve. I also have that blow off valve. The puck may be opening up when you go slow, As said above about the stock blow off valve. How many washers do you have in it? I believe I have 4 in mine now. Open your hood and pull the thottle cable slow and increase in the rpms, Have your other hand in the bov opening, And check if the puck is opening like that too..

Of course nobody can assure you 100% new plugs will fix the problem. You have to start somewhere. Get a boost gauge while you're at it.

i have the stock BOV on the car...i need to change that....please enlighten me as to what BG 44K is... :dsm:

I got the same problem. My car is stock, running 15psi on the T25 and it seems to go back and forth above 5000rpm.

when was the last time the timing was checked? I had that problem and it turned out my timing was off...

I don't know the last time the timing was checked. I got the car just recently. How can I check if the timing is like it's supposed to be? It's time to change the timing belt anyways.

Have the same problem with mine. When it happens to me i hear my bov leaking.
