Been doing a little the past few weekends so time for an update!

Didnt like the glossy look on the upper control arm, so i got some of the VHT suspension paint. Here it is along with the some of the other paints for the project.

Got it down to the metal as much as possible this time and also primed it(didnt last time).

Be sure you line up the dots. Ball joint is MOOG Part # K90264.

Everything out of the way on passanger side wheel well and i started cleaning it up with the wire wheel, but i still have more work to do on it.

Deconstruction continues, amlost ready to pull the subframe out. I will be cleaning it up and repainting it as well.

Nice work. Are you replacing all the subframe bushings while its out? I'm looking to replacing all of my suspension related bushings and subframe bushings as well, just not looking too good with the limited time I have. Good luck and keep it clean!

Yep that is the plan. I have a press so hopefully it wont be too hard.
FYI i got all the part numbers from turbosax2 so props to him. Here they are if anyone needs them.

(2) MB870742 - Bushing
(2) MB871921 - Bushing
(2) MR244103 - Bushing

You should replace the nuts when reinstalling. They're only meant to be torqued once.
(4) MB242260 - Nut

And here are other optional parts to replace if you want:
(2) MB303625 - Plate (big washers under nuts)
(2) MB303624 - Plate (big washers under nuts)
(2) MB910170 - Stopper (rubber piece on top of bushing)
(2) MB910464 - Stopper (rubber piece on top of bushing)
