suspension question

Really dumb question but I know very little about cars. My ball joint broke today and my cars in the shop I want to redo my whole front and rear suspension while I'm having work done, what parts should I be replacing? My car is completely stock and is only getting minor upgrades over the next few months. It's my daily driver and will be just a street car I do not plan on doing much racing in the near future.

All I really want to know is like a parts list for my cars suspension, its a 1996 eagle talon tsi fwd. Thanks!

The shop will most likely replace the other side balljoint.

You will need a 4 wheel allignment. They will also check for more worn out stuff like tie rods and such..They will let you know.

If you replace everything than you will spend thousands of dollars. Just replace what is damaged and out of spec.

If its not broken then don't fix it.

If you want to upgrade then new ball joints/tire rods, struts/springs(coilovers),strut bars, bushings, there's a lot to parts in the suspension you can upgrade witch = $$$$$$$
