1G suspension knocking sound

Okay well ive done a alot of work on the laser this last weekend and im still having a nocking sound on the driver side front suspension of my car.

Ive replaced my broken strut today
Brand new ceramic brakes , tie rods are good , brand new moog ball joints ,axels are 1 year old , control arm bushings are mint / 2 years old

Now i know my wheel bearing is deffinitaly done it was loose so i torqued it to 160 .
it doesnt move by hand but im guessing under load its moving alot probably shouldnt of tourqued it

Sway bar links were new a few years ago and are now shot (moves by hand while the cars on the ground )

Now will inner tie rods cause knocking?
I also need an alignment

The sound is very loud and is not an engine sound, wheels are tight but i still suspect a wheel bearing

Doesnt make noise turning right but when turning left its very very loud

On a positive note did my brake calipers

Also fixed the rear quarter panal

I acually get noise when driving straight and it stops when i turn left or right a little bit
