Suspension? Are coilovers the way to go?

Depending on what you are wanting to do with your car? Are you wanting to go out auto crossing? Are you wanting it to be a track only car? Is this just going to be a daily? I for my daily went with full coilover suspension simply because for the price of a nice set of shocks and springs you can almost buy a decent full coilover suspension. let us know what your goals are witht the car and we will better be able to help you out.

k-sports are the way to go my friend has them in his car after he broke the springs in the car rides like a dream. wish i could afford to jump on the group buy.:laser:

JIC FLT-A2 coilovers have been superb for me. My car is a daily driver that Autocrosses on the weekends. I set the shocks nice and soft for the street and tighten them up for the track. It's pretty stiff for the street, but not unbearable, though.

Two things to mention if you get adjustable coilovers:
1 - don't cheap out. Be sure that you can adjust ride height independent of changing the spring preload.
2 - Go through a shop like Muellerized or something that can setup the suspension for your needs. Unless you know a lot about suspension dynamics you can totally screw up your handling with the wrong settings. Bad settings not only make for a car that handles worse than before, but it can be a huge safety hazard.
