surge at idle and light throttle

ever since i bought my 92 talon tsi it has had an idlke surge and also at light throttle it kind of suges...sounds to me like maybe a vaccuum leak but i checked mostly all the hoses and they all looked good....i thought it could be the throttle body shaft sels but then again you never know...let me know what you think

Do a boost leak test at all? Clean out your TB and intake manifold. If it's never been off the car it's sure to be filled with sludge, mine was.
