420A Super Low idle

Hello guys, is there any way that i can make my rpms stay higher? acording to my rpm gauge, my car idles at 100rpms, and whenever i turn on my ac the car drops even more rpms and starts to vibrate, and sounds like it wants to stall

no, it's not a typo unfortunately it literally says 100 rpms or even lower

There has to be some sort of electrical issue causing it to read that low.

any idea what it could be? if i drive my car for around an hour, the rpm gauge starts to look "normal"
