stuttering to off

when i turn off the car via turning the key from on to off the engine seems to stutter then die a second later, i dont know if this is normal, but i would like to make sure with someone on here. i never noticed it before but i usually dont pay attention to the car as im turning it off...someone ease my mind?

ive heard of it alot with carberated cars.... not really mpfi cars.

if I am understanding u correctly, once u turn off the car it sputters/ whistles. If this is so, I had the same thing happening to my car... it was just something a little tightening the bolts on my exhaust. I removed a weak gasket and then just tightened the bolts and the sputtering stopped. Nothing realli to worry about if u don't fix it. I hav a ridiculous problem of my own that I am assuming is a spark plug issue.
