Stupid question, Where does the main ground wire coming out of the harness go?

Completely forget where the big thick ground wire coming out of the main harness goes? I'm thinking it goes (or can go) on the bolt next to (left of) the bolt where the ground from the chassis to the negative post on the battery goes?

Can someone remind where it goes? Removed it in the process of rebuilding my engine. Thanks :D

Are you talking about the one that comes off the battery? If so than it bolts on to one of the starter mount bolts. The shorter one bolts to the firewall.

Bolted into the Chassis via the firewall just to the rear of the battery. I recently just finished rebuilding the motor in mine also, so when I reconnected it, I roughed up the steel with some 60 grit sandpaper around the bolt and stuck the negative to the firewall. That wire is pretty short, so there's only a couple 12mm bolts nearby it can attach to. And there's another on the starter bracket...
