Studs on top transmission mount.

Ever since i got my car 2 studs on the transmission that come up through the mount and you put the nuts on hav ebeen missing nuts, whne i tried to put the nuts on i found out the studs were kinda stripped at the top not allowing the nuts to start, and trying to impact them just made it worse. Yea im dumb i know.

How hard would it be to take those studs out and replace them with studs or just use bolts?
How would i do it.
DO the studs actually go into the tranny or onto a piece of metal that is then bolted into the tranny like some cars ive seen.
It broke my mount once and ripped the rest of my mounts. I need to do something about this. How do i fix it!?!?!?!

This is a very secret technique, but it is old and time tested. Grab the top of the stud with vice grips and turn it out of the hole, it sounds very difficult but it is in fact very easy.

dont be a ####, i doubt it would be that easy to turn it out ecspecially with that small of room to work.

measure the thread and pitch and run the coresponding die on them

Extracting studs with vise grips is not a bad idea, and you'd be suprised how tight of a stud you can get out with them. I'll give you that it's not the prettiest solution out there but it does work in my experience. Case in point the stud on 1Gs that goes into the turbine housing through the manifold.

I personally would just replace them with new studs, but if you want an easier way use some sort of cutting tool to cut the first couple of damaged threads. the studs are long so that wont matter much. then get a new nut and screw away.
