Stuck in gear some advice please

Have a 1992 talon that I hope to put back together. It is presently been sitting for awhile but it is stuck in gear and the clutch is stuck or frozen and will not move at all to put it into or out of gear.Any ideas on what to do to get it either into gear or what could be disconnected to tow it home ? It is an awd I am trying to not break it. Would like to tow it home on a flatbed as quickly as possible. Thanks in advance for any help.

Well, you have a dilemma. You can probably jockey it back and forth to get it out of gear and into neutral. You "should" be able to.

If not, the flatbed driver can and I've seen it done drag it up on the bed and when you get to your destination, hook a chain to something so as to drag it back off the truck.

Then it's a transmission removal for you more than likely.
