I just installed kyb's and eibach's on my car last weekend. Today I find the two washers from the bottom bolt on the rear struts sitting on the ground! Should I take the struts back off and put the washers on? Or will I be ok?

Yes. Lateral forces could tear the bushing and pop the shock right off. This would probably take a while but that's why the washers are there.
