Strange possible electrical problem.

I recently got a 95 gsx with a 6-bolt swap done. I've had some electrical issues since i first got it. First off the speedometer doesn't work, nor do the gauge lights. Every once in a while when it was really cold here (like 0-10 degrees) it would start fine but rev up and down kinda wierd and sometimes die. Then sometime it would stumble really bad and backfire, kind of felt like it was running on two cylinders. But it would usually only last a few seconds then go away. Now ever since monday it is doing the stumbling and backfiring all the time, except for about thirty second when i start it, it will be ok then the rpm's drop and if i press the gas it stumbles and backfires. I just got dsmlink and am waiting to install it cause if there is a problem with wiring i don't want to mess up the other ecu i have. Oh and here are the mods, 6bolt, evo iii 16g, and a 3" turbo back exhaust. thats about it performance wise.

Just an update: I checked the resistence on the coils (.8 on each), Checked the resistence on the injectors, Pulled the ECU visually it looks fine, checked the amperage while the car is off and it was 50mA so i pulled each fuse one at a time and found the dome light/radio fuse to be the cause of the short. after pulling these fuses the car still has the same problem. I'm so damn frustrated!!!! Any ideas?
